At Saisha, your privacy comes first. We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our women’s health services, including account details, health information you choose to share, and app usage data.

Your information is used to personalize your experience, deliver health tracking and educational features, and maintain the security and performance of our platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where disclosure is required by applicable law. We use reasonable security measures to protect your information.

By using Saisha, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

You can ask us to delete your data or close your account at any time. See Delete Your Data and Delete Your Account for how to make a request. Account deletion has a 7-day grace period during which you can cancel, and completes within 30 days.

Records of your consultations and communications with practitioners are kept for 3 years as required for clinical record-keeping, in a form no longer linked to your profile. Payment records are kept for 8 years as required by law. Retained records are unlinked from your profile, access-restricted, and used only to meet these obligations. In rare cases some data may be kept longer where the law requires it.
